Terms & Conditions – Groomsmen Auto Detailing

By booking a service with Groomsmen Auto Detailing, you agree to the following terms:

Services

We offer car detailing services based on the package selected. Final pricing may vary depending on your vehicle size and any add-ons selected.

Payments

• You may choose to pay upfront online or in person on the day of service.

• All prices are in NZD and include GST (if applicable).

Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee.

Weather Policy

As a mobile service, our ability to complete your booking may be impacted by weather. If bad weather is forecasted, we will contact you to reschedule your appointment.

Vehicle Access

You must ensure your vehicle is accessible and all valuables have been removed prior to your scheduled time.

Liability

We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to vehicles

• Damage caused by improperly secured accessories (e.g. roof racks, dash cams)

• Delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• If cancelled within the 24-hour window, a cancellation fee may apply.

• If paying in advance and we cancel due to weather, you will receive a full refund or be offered a reschedule.
