I am based in Stanmore Bay, about ten minutes from Millwater, so it is close enough that getting there is never the hard part of the job.

Newer streets mean wide, flat, sealed driveways with room to walk right around a car, and an outdoor tap and an outside power point that are actually where you would expect them. That sounds like a small thing. It is not. A lot of my setup time on older properties goes on working out where the water is coming from and whether the car can be moved off the street.

Most of what I do here is interiors, and it is almost always a family car.
Car seats and booster seats hide more than anyone expects underneath them. Crumbs, sultanas and the odd drink go straight down the sides of the seat base where a vacuum nozzle will not reach. Boots take sports gear, scooters and wet togs from the beach ten minutes away. There is a fine grey dust around here too, off nearby construction, and it settles on the paint and gets walked into the car on shoes.
None of that is neglect, it is just what a family car looks like on a Wednesday.

Yes. The seats come out so that what is underneath is cleaned properly rather than vacuumed around, and they go back in before I leave. The seats themselves usually get cleaned up as well, though I will not promise that until I have seen them. If you want them done thoroughly there is a Baby Seat Clean add on at $35. Tell me how many are in the car when you book so the time is there.

It comes off, but it should not be wiped off dry, because it is gritty and that is how paint picks up fine scratches. It is one of the reasons the wash process matters more than people expect.
